Gabriel García Márquez

One of the most famous writers of the 20th Century, Gabriel García Márquez, also known as “Gabo”, began his career as a Colombian journalist but his work with magical realism made him won the Noble Prize in 1982. He created amazing novels such as One Hundred Years of Solitude and Love in the Time of Cholera. Gabo died at the age of 87 in Mexico City.
